项目摘要

今までの生産スケジューリングは理論によらずシミュレーションによるか,現実離れしたモデルで最適化を計るかどちらかであった.我々は,この間のギャップを埋め,かつ人間に優しい生産スケジューリングを行なう基礎的研究を行った.以下がその成果であるが,残念ながら,プログラム化は途中の段階であるので,主に理論的成果について報告する.まず,生産スケジューリングに関する幾つかのモデルを作り,解析を行った.従来のスケジューリングモデルをよりフレキシブルかつ人間的にするために,資源制約とメモリーをもつ従来のモデルにファジイ概念を導入し,一般化した.この一般化の下でも効率的な解法を開発した.最近は,コンピュータを用いて生産を制御しているので,この辺りの研究が少なくとも近似的に最適なスケジュールを作り出す基礎を与えると思われる.また,物流との関係で基礎となる幾つかのネットワーク問題にもファジイ概念を導入し,ファジイ最短路問題を考え,その最適解を求めた.また,配置問題にもファジイ概念を導入し,よりフレキシブルな物の配置や建設コストを考慮した設備配置を求める解法を作った.さらには,ネットワークの信頼性の概念を応用して,生産ラインや設備の信頼性を評価するアルゴリズムを開発した.上記の研究結果は既に公表あるいは口頭発表済みである.特に,12月に韓国ソウル市で我々が主催して開いた日韓国際シンポジウム「不確実性の下での国際通信とオペレーションズ・リサーチ」でも,この事に関連して発表している.これはPROCEEDINGがでる予定である.その一方で,生産人員配置に関して本人の希望などを考慮するファジイ人員配置や雇用者と被雇用者の療法の満足度をバランスするファジイ割当問題の研究や現在研究途中のよりフレキシブル需要予測を用いれば,生産計画の基礎的部分は一応完成する.従って,現在はこれらをまとめてトータルな生産スケジューリングを作ろうとしている.
