项目摘要

まず、ファジイ・ランダム変数を含んだ制約条件を導入した線形計画問題について、その等価確定問題を導出した.特にその等価確定条件の解析から、もとのファジイ・ランダム計画問題が通常の線形計画問題ばかりでなく、確率的線形計画問題をも含むより一般的でより現実に適応し得るモデルであることを示した.また、この問題を基礎に確率的在庫問題の品切れコストをファジイ数としたより現実的問題の解析を行い、品切れコストを確定値とした時との最適発注量についての比較を行った.予想された様に曖昧性が存在する分ファジイ品切れコストの場合の方が最適発注量が多くなる事が明かになった.需要予測に関しては主変動としての確率的要素と揺れとしての曖昧性を考慮したより現実的で一般的ななモデルを提案しその解析を行った.現在、実際のデータを用いて検証中である.さらに、スケジューリング問題については従来からのファジイスケジューリングの研究は勿論、幾つかの多目的スケジューリング、特に近似解法としてのメタヒューリスティックによる方法を考案したフローショップ問題の解法の開発や並列機械における最大納期ずれと最大完了時間の同時最小化について考察を行った.後者については2つの目的の間のトレードオフの明白な関係を求めた.その結果、既に行っているファジイ人員配置の研究と合わせて需要予測、在庫管理、スケジューリングのこれらの研究から、多様性や曖昧性を含むトータルの生産システムの構築の基礎ができたと思われる.さらに、プロダクト・ミックスについても現在フレキシブルなモデルを考察中である.一方、施設配置問題においても多様性・曖昧性・確率変動を持つ問題を考え、その最適配置についても考察した.また、政策の形成過程についてある協力ゲームとしてモデル化し、その構造を数理的に明らかにした.
