英文摘要
We have succeeded generation of mutant mice with Sleeping Beauty transposon system. In this project, we established such system in C57BL/6 mice. To stably express SB transposase, we targeted the transposase gene into Rosa26 locus using C57BL/6 ES cells. We are able to distribute the ES cell line.
