Grammar of Spoken Language based on "Characters"

本项目旨在通过研究日语交际中说话者的“性格”是如何说话的，制作日语口语教学的基础材料。基于核磁共振实验和自然会话收集，材料包括根据说话者的“性格”对各种日语言语行为的发音和交际方面的详细描述。同时也证明了“性格”的半意向性概念可以用来改进传统的目的论言语行为理论和语法。

This project aims at making basic materials for teaching spoken Japanese language, by investigating the ways in which speaking is conducted by the speaker's "characters" in Japanese communication. Based on MRI experiments and natural conversation collection, the materials consist of detailed descriptions of articulatory and communicative aspects of various Japanese speech acts in accordance with the speaker's "character." Also it was demonstrated that the semi-intentional conception of "character" can be utilized to improve traditional teleological speech act theory and grammar.
