Cohort Survey of school-to-work transition and career formation of urban young people

本研究的目的是用队列研究方法调查青少年从学校到工作的过渡过程。调查对象在第一次调查时年龄为20岁，我们每年收集他们的主要活动、经历和态度。队列研究的关键是保持低流失率。我们得到了比预期更多的回复率，并将我们的研究期限从原计划的4年修改为5年。该研究将在另一个研究学期继续进行。虽然我们公布了一些中期结果，但详细的结果还没有公布。

The research aim was to survey young people's transition process from school to work with cohort study method. Respondents were 20 years old at the first sweep and we collected their main activity, experiences and attitudes every year. The critical point for cohort study is keeping low attrition. We get more respond rate than expected, and modified our research term to 5 years instead of 4 years, which was the original plan. The research will be continued on another research term. Though, we published some of interim results, detailed results are not yet.
