本研究では、新ウィーン楽派の作曲家、特にアルノルト・シェーンベルクとアントン・ウェーベルンの作品に焦点を当てて調査を行った。彼らの楽曲スケッチを詳細に分析することで、作曲プロセスを再構成しようと試みた。このアプローチにより、両作曲家の作曲プロセスに関する新たな知見が得られるだけでなく、彼らの作曲思想を明らかにすることができたと考える。分析の結果、シェーンベルクとウェーベルンの作曲プロセスには明確な違いがあることを示すことができた。さらに、それぞれの作曲家が持つ独自の作曲思想が、彼らの作品にどのように反映されているかについても、新たな視点が得られた。この発見は、新ウィーン楽派の音楽研究において重要な意義を持ち、さらなる研究の可能性を示唆してるといえるだろう。本研究の成果は、まず口頭発表によって公表され、その後、詳細な分析と考察をまとめたものを論文として出版することができた。今後も引き続き、新ウィーン楽派の作曲家たちの作品や思想についての研究を深め、音楽史における彼らの位置づけや影響力についてさらなる理解を得ることを目指す。
