本研究の目的は、偏極射影代数多様体における特殊計量の存在と幾何学的不変式論における安定性の間の関係を明らかにすること、及びそれに関連する諸問題の研究である。正則ベクトル束におけるHitchin-Kobayashi対応の多様体版として「偏極射影代数多様体について、偏極類が定スカラー曲率ケーラー計量を含むことと多様体がK-安定であることは同値であろう」という、所謂Donaldson-Tian-Yau予想が知られているが、extremal metricについては「偏極射影代数多様体について、偏極類がextremal metricを含むことと多様体が相対K-安定であることは同値であろう」という予想が知られている。この予想はDonaldson-Tian-Yau予想を系として含み、その意味で、この問題の解決はこれまでの特殊計量の存在と多様体の安定性に関わる一連の議論に一つの決定版を与えると期待することが出来る。本年度はその基礎的な問題として、テスト配位及びそのDonaldson-Futaki invariantについて詳しく調べた。特に、以下の二点について集中的に調べた(満渕俊樹教授との共同研究に基づく)。1.テスト配位全体からなる空間の"完備化"の構成:K-安定性の定義はテスト配位を用いて行われるが、Ross-Thomasの指摘によって、それらは1-パラメータ群を用いて記述出来ることが知られている。我々はこれを正則ベクトル場の観点から拡張し、テスト配位全体のなす空間の"完備化"と呼ぶべき空間の構成を試みた。2.Donaldson-Futaki invariantの諸性質について:前述の枠組みのもとで、Donaldson-Futaki invariantを"完備化"されたテスト配位全体のなす空間で定義された汎関数として拡張し、その種々の性質について調べた。特に、Donaldson-Futaki invariantが汎関数としてある種の連続性を持つことを示すことが出来た。以上の結果については"Completion of the space of test configurations"として論文に纏め、現在投稿準備中である。
