项目摘要

本研究は、生命倫理学と動物倫理学によって局所的に論じられてきた人間を中心とする道徳体系の問題を、両領域を横断的に捉えることで包括的に検討するものである。生命倫理学と動物倫理学はそれぞれ異なる問題設定のもとで展開されてきているため、領域横断的な議論に向けた共通の土台を構築する必要がある。そこで2022年５月、その土台となる議論枠組みについて応用哲学会にて発表。そこでのフィードバックを参考にしつつ、科学技術が倫理的議論に与える影響という観点から生命倫理学と動物倫理学の議論を統合するという着想をもとに研究を進めた（研究遂行手順①と②にあたる）。その成果を2022年9月に日本倫理学会、12月に奈良先端大学院の講義にてそれぞれ発表した。前者の発表では、人間を中心とする道徳体系の問題を論じる上で欠かせない「種差別」の議論が科学技術の進展によってどのように変容するのかを検討し、後者では別々に論じられてきた生命倫理学と動物倫理学の議論を、科学技術の進展に応答する倫理的議論として整理・考察した。これらの研究により、両領域を横断的に捉える土台構築に向けた課題と見通しが明確になった。以上の研究発表をもとに、2023年1月から現在んに至るまでは投稿論文の執筆に専念している。具体的には、領域横断的な議論体系に向けて、生命倫理学と動物倫理学の議論のほかに、技術哲学の議論を導入する必要があることが判明したため、技術哲学の議論（Mark CoeckelberghとPeter-Paul Verbeekの議論）を今までの研究成果と接合する研究を進めている。これにより、人間中心的な道徳体系の包括的な検討が可能となる。

This study focuses on the discussion of bioethics and animal ethics in the field of human beings and the problems of moral system in the field of animal ethics.
