项目摘要

本年度は、2022年度に提出した博士論文を土台に、土方巽が展開した思想および実践の時間論的考察の精緻化を行った。その成果としてまずDance Studies Association Annual Conference 2022（2022年10月）での研究発表がある。ここでは土方が彼の弟子・山本萌氏に教えた踊り方の特徴を、実践者の内的時間意識の観点から考察した。さらに表象文化論学会第16回研究発表集会（2022年11月）にて、土方が展開したダンサーの存在論にとり重要と思われる、立ち姿をめぐるイメージを明らかにした。また、土方と親交のあった哲学者・宇野邦一の著書『土方巽　衰弱体の思想』（みすず書房、2017年）の書評を執筆した（2022年９月／オンラインジャーナルTokyo Academic Review of Booksに掲載）。主な実地調査として、土方巽の弟子・正朔氏が実施する稽古の参与観察を行なった。また慶應義塾大学アートセンター土方巽アーカイブを訪問し、70年代に上演された作品の映像記録、および80年代に実施された舞踏ワークショプの音声記録を調査した。舞踊の継承に関する研究については、主にWehren著「Koerper als Archiv in Bewegung Choreografische Praxis」やFranko編「Oxford Handbook of Dance and Reenactment」などの文献講読を進めており、その成果を今後発表する。その他、2022年度には社会芸術学会2022-2023年大会シンポジウム（2022年7月）、神戸大学国際文化学研究科地域連携センター主催セミナー/神戸大学国際文化学推進インスティテュート共催「戦後日本における身体の表象－「解放」の出発点と現在」(2023年3月)に登壇した。
