2022年度に口頭発表・論文投稿を行った研究は次の2つである。研究1では、相続権改革（ヒンドゥー教徒相続法の改正）が、家計資源の世代間移転の枠組みの変化を通じて、ヒンドゥー教徒、シク教徒、ジャイナ教徒、仏教徒の女性の人的資本に与える影響を検証した。その結果、相続権改革が行われた州の土地所有世帯主のヒンドゥー教徒などの娘は、教育および健康状態の人的資本指標を改善したことが明らかになった。プラセボ回帰分析と改正のタイミング別の分析で結果の頑健性を検証している。前者では、イスラーム教徒とキリスト教徒からなるプラセボ・グループの人的資本指標に統計的に有意な改善は見られなかった。後者では、1994年に相続権改革を経験したカルナータカ州とマハーラーシュトラ州の結果が、主要な結果に最も寄与していた。研究2では、インドの社会的弱者層（ヒンドゥー教徒の指定カーストおよび指定部族（SCs/STs）とイスラーム教徒）に着目して宗教間賃金格差の要因分解を行い、その構造の変化を明らかにした。分析の結果、賃金格差の要因として重要なのは教育レベルおよび労働市場における経験年数の属性格差であった。また、2000年代半ば以降、教育レベルの属性格差の寄与度の正負が逆転し、SCs/STsの指標の改善からイスラーム教徒が取り残されていることを明らかにした。これは、高等教育への進学や公的機関への就職における制度的な不平等が、社会的弱者層の中で更なる格差を生じさせている可能性を示唆する結果である。本研究課題全体の目的は、個人の宗教性が経済に与える影響と、経済発展が個人や団体の宗教性に与える影響の双方を実証的に分析することであるが、これらの研究は、いずれも家計に焦点を当てたものである。2023年度は、団体や企業の研究に研究範囲を拡張する予定であり、既に先行研究や資料収集、データの整理に着手している。

In 2022, the oral submission and paper submission were conducted in the second year of research. Study 1: To examine the influence of intergenerational shifts in household resources on the capital and social development of women, and to examine the influence of intergenerational shifts in household resources. As a result, the reform of the state's land ownership system has improved the capital indicators of the people's health and education. The robustness of the analysis results is verified by the regression analysis and correction. The former is a statistical improvement of the capital index of the people. The latter is the result of the 1994 reform of the state, the main result of which is the most important. Study 2 focuses on the decomposition of the essential factors of interreligious differences in the weak layers of society (designated groups of believers and designated tribes (SCs/STs)), and on the transformation of structures. The results of the analysis show that the main causes of the difference between the income and the expenditure are important, and the education and employment market are important, and the number of years of the income and expenditure are different. In the mid-2000s, the education system was reduced, and the indicators of SCs/STs were improved. This is the result of institutional inequality in higher education and employment in public institutions, and the possibility of creating disparities among the weaker segments of society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the religious nature of the individual and the influence of the religious nature of the individual on the development of the family. In 2023, the research scope of the company and the enterprise shall be determined, and the data collection and arrangement of the advanced research shall be started.
