地域で生活する精神障がい者の中には、一般就労ではなく、福祉就労を目指すことが限界であろう統合失調症者がいる。しかも、コロナ禍でさらに困難となっている。そのため、精神障害者が福祉就労事業所利用を選択し、継続するまでのプロセスを支えるための方策や体制の確立が必要となると考える。本研究では、「統合失調症者がコロナ禍において求める福祉就労上の支援内容」、「支援者がコロナ禍において必要と考える支援内容」、「コロナ禍の福祉就労における支援者の困難や限界」を明らかにすることを目的とし、地域で生活する統合失調者で就労継続支援A型事業所の利用者20名と福祉就労事業所（就労継続支援A型事業所）の施設責任者及び職員20名を対象に、半構造化面接にてデータ収集中である。今後もデータ収集を進め、得られたデータを分析をしていく。
