项目摘要

自閉スペクトラム症（Autism spectrum disorder; ASD）は社会的コミュニケーション障害が特徴の一つであるが、ASD女児は児の持つ困難さが把握されづらい。このためASD男児に比べ診断に遅れが出ること及び有意に身体症状の訴えが多くなることが指摘されてきた。ASDのコミュニケーション障害の中核である語用について、その能力発達の性差や不安や内在化障害との関連を明らかにすることは、二次障害を防ぐことに貢献する。本研究では、ASD女児の早期診断・支援や二次障害予防へ繋げるため語用能力について以下の3つの検討を行う。〈1〉ASD児の語用能力発達及び、不得意な語用下位領域について性差の検討〈2〉語用能力の高低が学齢期ASD児の不安や内在化障害にどのように関連するかの検討〈3〉語用能力と問題行動・不安との関連性に性差による差異はあるかの検討子どもの語用能力調査には「ことばのつかいかたテスト」(The Test of Pragmatics of Japanese for Children; TOPJC)を用いた。TOPJCは音声・字幕付きアニメーションテストで未就学児から使用可能であり、子どもの語用能力を直接評価できる。子どもの不安や内在化・外在化問題行動の評価については、児の家庭での様子をよく知る親（養育者）に現在の子どもの様子についてチェックリストへの回答を求めた。本調査は自宅にての実施を依頼した。対象は4歳から15歳までのASDと診断された児とした。2022年12月から240名を目標にリクルートを開始した。現在までに178名の参加エントリーを数え、うち115名（男児87名、女児28名）のTOPJC実施及びチェックリスト回収を行うことができた。

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a social disorder characterized by difficulties in maintaining children's autism. The diagnosis of ASD is based on the diagnosis of ASD and the diagnosis of ASD.
