项目摘要

本研究の目的は，「マルチプル・インテリジェンス（MI）理論および自由度の高い協働的な探究プロセスの活用による「個別最適な学び」と「協働的な学び」の一体化実現のための理論・実践基盤の形成」である。それを踏まえ，目的達成のための目標を以下の3つと定めた。Ⅰ）学習活動において活動者の各インテリジェンスがどのように表出するのか，またその特徴を明確化する。Ⅱ）MI理論に基づいてグルーピングされたグループ・班において，活動者それぞれが持つインテリジェンス同士がどのような相互作用を及ぼしているのかを検証する。Ⅲ）幅広い校種に対応した自由度の高い協働的な探究プロセスを開発し，教育実践とその分析を重ねることで実践基盤の形成を行う。本研究の1年目は理論・開発研究段階として，海外の先行事例調査やMI理論に基づくグループや探究学習における会話や行動の記録，質問紙の分析を学習者が持つ個性や強みの理論的基盤形成をはかると同時に，MI理論を活用した協働学習，特に小中学校を対象とした探究プロセスの開発に向けて検討を行った。MI理論に基づくグループに対して行った質問紙調査の結果から，MI理論に基づくグループでは，ある突出した能力を持つ者が他者を率いていく「垂直の関係性」ではなく，多様な能力を持つ者が集まり，１つの尺度で優劣をつけがたい「水平の関係性」が生じているという示唆を得た。また，探究プロセス開発に向けて，既存の自由度の高い協働的な探究プロセスについて整理・分析を行っている。
