本研究では、非医療系学部の大学生を対象とした、プレコンセプションケアに基づく避妊に関する性教育アプリの開発を行っている。2022年度までに、①動画内容の選定②アプリの制作をおこなった。①動画内容の選定では、先行研究を参考に独自に作成していた導入動画6種類、避妊に関する性教育動画9種類から、特性に合わせた動画を選定し、特性ごとの動画集として編集した。なお、導入動画の内容は、男女それぞれの、交際経験も性交経験もない学生向け動画、交際経験のみある学生向け動画、性交経験がある学生向けに、動画集の導入、動画集の内容を説明した動画である。そして避妊に関する性教育動画の内容は、①排卵や月経について、②月経に関する女性の悩みについて、③射精について、④男性の性の悩みについて、⑤性的同意について、⑥妊娠について、⑦コンドームについて、⑧低用量経口避妊薬について、⑨緊急避妊薬である。また、特性に関して、申請者が以前、非医療系大学生の避妊の実態を把握するために行った調査にて、男女や交際経験、性交経験によって、避妊に関する知識に差がみられたことから、男女別、交際経験別、性交経験別に特性を分けた。それぞれの特性に対して、興味があると思われ、かつ知っておくべき動画を選定し、動画集としてまとめた。②アプリの開発では、アプリ利用者が、性別、交際経験、性交経験に関する質問に答えた後、特性に合わせた動画集が再生されるようなブラウザ上アプリの制作を行った。なお、アプリ制作はアプリ業者に委託した。現在大学生に依頼し、操作性の確認を行っている。
