Establishment of method of dental pulp stem cell differentiation to Neural cell.

PDGF-AA通过PDGFRb-ERK1/2和Akt通路促进牙髓干细胞向成牙细胞分化，而PDGF-BB通过PDGFRb-ERK1/2和Akt通路促进牙髓干细胞向少突胶质细胞增殖和分化。此外，PDGF-BB抑制BMP2诱导的牙髓干细胞向成牙细胞分化，抑制Smad5磷酸化。从这些结果来看，PDGF-BB可能调节牙髓干细胞的少突胶质细胞分化，但由于PDGF-BB刺激后分化标记的表达，而不是成牙细胞。这对于确定牙髓干细胞的细胞命运和利用牙髓细胞进行神经再生具有重要意义。

PDGF-AA promotes dental pulp stem cell differentiation into odontoblast, whereas PDGF-BB promotes proliferation and differentiation of dental pulp stem cell into oligodendrocyte via PDGFRb-ERK1/2 and Akt pathway. Further, PDGF-BB inhibits BMP2 induced dental pulp stem cells differentiation into odontoblast inhibiting Smad5 phosphorylation.From these results, PDGF-BB may regulate oligodendrocyte differentiation from dental pulp stem cells, but not odontoblasts because of the differentiation marker expression after PDGF-BB stimulation. It is important information about the determination of cell fate of dental pulp stem cells and regeneration of neural using dental cells.
