英文摘要
The aim of this study is to identify the interneurons responding to the electrical stimuli peculiar to convey nociceptive information in the substantia gelatinosa of the mouse superficial dorsal horn. The second is to, investigate the synaptic relation of nociceptive primary afferent nerve (PAN) terminals to inhibitory interneurons such as GABAergic, thereby prove the flow of impulse from the PAN terminals to GABAergic interneurons. Taking out the spinal cord or medulla oblongata, the specimens were coronally cut at 500 μm thickness with microslicer and put into the chamber continuously circulated with medium (PH7.2 〜 7.4) adjusted the temperature at 37℃, including 95 % O_2 and 5 % CO_2.Under the above ideal conditions, the glass electrode was inserted into the substantia gelatinosa. But now the resting potentials of the interneurons could not be obtained. Probably, the neurons were dying during the experiment. Thus, we have no data in this study, however, we have at least prepared the circumferential conditions to carry out the study. We should continue this study, overcome the problems and would get some of the interesting results in near future.
