Overall Research for Caries Prevention and Caries Control in Children

研究对象为1 ~ 15岁儿童。我们分发了Cariostat^<[○！R]>，Mucount^<[○！为了掌握1999年6月至10月日本29所牙科大学儿童牙科系的龋病预防和进展控制状况以及家长教育情况，对1999年6月至10月日本29所牙科大学的儿童牙科系进行了牙科检查表和问卷调查。方法：采用口腔检查、龋病活动性试验和问卷调查的方法，对调查对象进行分析。然后对数据进行统计处理，得到如下结果.各学院家长教育方面，个别辅导较团体辅导为重要，辅导内容以口腔清洁及邮件间进食为主。此外，氟化物的应用也得到了积极的开展。口腔健康的指导主要集中在邮件之间的饮食，刷牙和使用牙线刷牙。对于不合作儿童的处理，各学校采取了一定的措施，且以预防龋齿为主. Mucount^<[○！R]>、CSI和Cariostat^<[○！R]>，显示Cariostat^<[○！R]>和Mocount^<[○！R]>可用于测量口腔中龋齿活动的实际状态。4.研究发现，儿童患龋的风险受邮件间的进食状况和父母对患龋的态度的影响.结果发现，家长和儿童对龋病的预防意识和知识以及定期检查的重要性有了一定的认识，但还不够.提示儿童龋病的预防应引起重视。

The subjects of this research were children from 1 to 15 years of age. We distributed the Cariostat^<【○!R】>, Mucount^<【○!R】>, dental examination forms and questionnaires among the department of pediatric dentistry of the 29 dental colleges in Japan in order to master the state of the prevention and progress control of caries, and the parents education from June to October in 1999. We researched the data of dental examination, the caries activity test and the questionnaire survey. Then we conducted the statistic processing on the data and got results as follows.1. At each college, concerning parent education private guidance was more important than group guidance, the instructions were mainly on oral cleaning and eating between mails. Moreover, the application of the fluoride was carried out actively. The instructions of oral health mainly focused on eating between mails, brushing and tooth brushing using floss.2. Concerning the handing of uncooperative children, it was found that each college adopted some measures for them and the measures focused on caries prevention.3. There were a significantly relationship individually regarding Mucount^<【○!R】>, CSI and Cariostat^<【○!R】>, showing that Cariostat^<【○!R】> and Mocount^<【○!R】> can be used for measuring the actual state of the caries activity in the mouth.4. It was found that the caries risk was affected by the state of eating between mails and the parent's attitude on caries.5. It was found that there were growing consciousness and knowledge of caries prevention and the importance of periodic examinations among parents and children, but it was insufficient yet.6. It was noticed that we should pay more attentions on children's caries prevention.
