项目摘要

The aim of this research is to analyze tribological properties of new porous carbon materials "RB ceramics" which is made of defatted rice bran impregnated with phenol resin and carbonized in a vacuum furnace at high temperatures.From the research in 1998, it is obtained that friction coefficient and specific wear rate of RB ceramics decrease with carbonizing temperature, under dry condition, oil impregnated condition or in water.From the research in 1999, it is obtained that a linear slide bearing can be made by using RB ceramics, and it shows low noise because difference of static friction and kinetic friction is very small.From the research in 2000, it is obtained that RB ceramics shows no noise or no severe wear even in high contact pressure, so RB ceramics can be used as new clutch materials.
本文对脱脂米糠浸渍酚醛树脂,真空炉高温炭化制得的新型多孔炭材料“RB陶瓷”的摩擦学性能进行了分析,从1998年的研究结果得出,RB陶瓷的摩擦系数和比磨损率随炭化温度的升高而降低,在干燥条件下,1999年的研究表明,RB陶瓷可以制成直线滑动轴承,由于静摩擦和动摩擦的差别很小,所以噪音很低。2000年的研究表明,结果表明,RB陶瓷在高接触压力下无噪声,无严重磨损,可作为新型离合器材料。
