本研究的目的是利用包被于金颗粒上的DNA对抗激法检测OX是否有抑制移植物冠状动脉硬化的作用。在接下来的研究中,切除供心,用抗休克方法将GFP基因转移到心脏移植物中。然后将心脏移植物移植到受体的颈部,在基因转移后3d心脏移植物中GEP的表达达到最高,并持续3周。
英文摘要
The purpose in this study is that whether ox not suppress graft coronary arteriosclerosis using by counter shock method of the DNA coated around the gold particle.DNA vector of the GFP gene was transferred to COS-7 cells in vitro using counter shock method. Then the expression of the GFP gene was confirmed by fluorescent microscopy.In the next study, the donor heart was excised and the GFP gene was transferred into the cardiac graft using counter shock method. Then the cardiac graft was transplanted into the cervical location in the recipient GEP expressions in the cardiac graft were maximally detected at 3 days after gene transfer and persisted for 3 weeks.
