Molecular Analysis in Temporomandibular disorder

观察1、2、3、4、5、6个月时ANK小鼠的TMJ(TMJ)。TMJ表现为轻度滑膜炎症，其他关节表现为重度强直。(B)颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)患者ANKH基因的多态性分析2001年12月9日京都大学医学伦理学委员会批准对TMD患者进行人类基因分析(#g86)。对最近报道的ANK-OR和ANK-TR(Florence WL，2003)进行了病例对照研究。其中点击16例，间歇性锁定13例，闭合性锁定36例。

(A)Analysis of ank(progressive ankylosis) mouseThe TMJ(temporomandibular join)t of ank mouse was observed in one, two, three, four, five and six months. Mild synovitis was shown in TMJ, while severe ankylosis in other joints. Arthritis in TMJ was demonstrated in ank mouse.(B)Polymorphic analysis of ANKH gene in TMD(temporomandibular disorder) patientsHuman gene analysis in in TMD patients was approved by the medical ethics committee of Kyoto University on December 9, 2001 (#G86). As to ANK-OR and ANK-TR, which were recently reported (Florence WL, 2003 ) case-control study was done in about 80 cases. These involved clicking(16 cases), intermittent lock(13 cases) and closed lock(36 cases).
