本研究は、大災害が継起する日本列島の地域社会において、災害を記憶し、災害に強い「災害文化」形成に対応しうる地域歴史資料学を、従来の成果の上に確立することをめざすものである。本年度は、4～5月に科研基盤研究（A）の準備を進め、5月に基盤研究（A）遂行の前提のための報告を歴史学研究会大会特設部会で代表者・分担者が行った。また、その成果を分担者・協力者の間で共有・議論し、新規採択された基盤研究（S）「災害文化形成を担う地域歴史資料学の確立―東日本大震災を踏まえて―」に引き継いだ。

The purpose of this study is to make sure that the information on the history of regional information and the results are established in the list of regional social records, records, and culture of disasters in Japan in this study. This year, from April to May, the basic research of scientific research (A) will be prepared for further study, and the basic research of May (A) will be conducted in advance. The special department of the General Assembly of the historiography Research Association will hold a meeting of representatives and distributors. There is a general discussion and a study on the basis of new rules and regulations (S). The formation of harmful culture is responsible for the establishment of regional historical data-the introduction of the Japanese earthquake.
