On the basis of extension from the last year, Japanese and German scientists take part in the experiments of high-power millimeter wave transmission and Injection to Large Helical Device in NIFS, W7-AS, Asdex-U and W7-X in Max-Planck Institute for Plasma Physics supported by Institute of Plasma Research in Stuttgart University.The research subjects are as follows : to solve an arcing in the corrugated waveguide and to develop the power monitor and to discussed the results from the heating experiments. On the basis of experience at Stuttgart University, we fabricate the prototype arc detector and discriminator at the multi-observation stations and the power monitor. We have the dialogue on fabrication technique, which is the electric discharge machining, for the multi-ho1e power monitor. The experimental test of the power monitor satisfies the specification and its monitor is being used in the LHD.To monitor the polarization by use of this multi-hole coupler is discussed with the preliminary design.By exchange of mutual high technology, the object is almost achieved and we evaluate that the International collaboration is succeeded. Both team agreed that the remaining items are solved by the exchange of the information.
