项目摘要
(1) As for the specification which is required from the net corresponding observation device small size and solidity, easy operatively, resistance power failure and free maintenance, observation gathered together. On the other hand, as for the function for the accumulation and various requests of the observation data by the fact that this specification is satisfied it is necessary to reduce. In addition, correspondence to secular change fear is done in regard to the reliability of the observation data.(2) from (1), the necessity of the management server who manages the net corresponding observation device integrated became clear. The management server accesses the net corresponding observation device which is placed on every place intermittently, the data which was collected in 1 week or 1 month, can give the function which is accumulated at 1 year unit. In addition, the function which sets time confronting the net corresponding observation device, verifies measurement precision and revises can be given.(3) The observation data attaches the electric time stamp and sends with the text. Actualization of ID password management function is necessary in regard to the functional setting of the net corresponding observation device.(4) Utilization of the weather teaching aid is effective as information of familiar observation. As for environmental information correspondence to automation of measurement is not sufficient, continua tion of the research and development is necessary.
(1)对于从网所要求的规格,相应的观测装置体积小,坚固,操作方便,耐断电,免维护,观测集中在一起。另一方面,在满足本规范的情况下,对于观测数据的积累和各种要求的功能,有必要进行减少。此外,在观测数据的可靠性方面,与长期变化恐惧进行了对应。(2)从(1)中,明确了将管理网络的相应观测设备的管理服务器集成的必要性。管理服务器间歇访问网络上各地点的相应观测设备,以1周或1个月为单位采集数据,可给予以1年为单位累积的功能。此外,还提供了对网对应观测装置设定时间、验证测量精度和修正的功能。(3)观测数据附加电时间戳,随文本发送。对于网络相应观察装置的功能设置,需要实现ID密码管理功能。(4)气象教具作为熟悉观测信息的有效利用。对于环境信息的对应,自动化测量是不充分的,继续研究和开发是必要的。
