ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER IN CHAINA COMPANIES

本研究的目的是描述和澄清中国企业环境管理的真实的状况，从去年开始，我们对大连、上海、杭州等地的企业环境管理进行了研究。随着经济的快速增长，中国受到了汽车数量增加所带来的空气污染的严重危害。中国已经接受了这些情况，好像中国已经进步了。中国必须克服空气污染等难题。要理解中国社会，就必须研究乡村的社会结构。有许多穷人靠微薄的收入生活。但是这些村民没有工作来赚钱。大城市的工人们能够得到很多钱，但是他们却被环境问题所损害。要克服这些困难，民营企业必须进行环境管理和环境业务。

The objects of this research is to describe and clarify the real states of Environmental management of companies in China.Since last year, We have been researching the environmental management of companies in Dalian, Shanghai, Hangzhou. As a results of the rapid economic growth, China heavily damaged by the air pollution by the increasing of the cars. China has been accepted these situations, as if China has been progressed. China must overcome the difficult problems as Air pollutions. For understanding the China societies, we must research the social structures of rural villages. There are many poor people who depend upon the small income. But these villagers have no job for getting the money. The workersre in the Big cities be able to get much money, but they has been damaged by the environmental problems. For overcome these difficults private enterprises must perform the environmental management and environmental business.
