A management system is proposed in this report to maintain a large number of structures under authority of Japanese government and such. The system is constructed with a probabilistic deterioration system and optimization system for maintenance.In the deterioration system, the probability that target structure deteriorated to a specific level is calculated by inputting the probabilistic data of the structure to each of the deterioration model. Moreover, there are some different repairing methods depend on what the deterioration level is. The maintenance cost is estimated with the one tentative repairing method. Iterative calculations resulted in a better maintenance and management plan.However, accuracy of this system is not adequate, especially each deterioration model and input data are needed to be developed further. Increment of the accuracy of the system will be improved through the verification of various existing data in future.
本报告提出了一种管理制度,以维持日本政府等权力下的大量结构。该系统由概率劣化系统和维修优化系统构成,在劣化系统中,通过将结构的概率数据输入到每个劣化模型中,计算目标结构劣化到特定水平的概率。此外,根据老化程度的不同,有不同的修复方法。采用一种试修方法对维修费用进行了估算。迭代计算得到了更好的维护和管理计划,但该系统的准确性还不够,特别是每个劣化模型和输入数据都需要进一步开发。今后将通过对现有各种数据的验证,进一步提高系统的精度。
