A framework for total evaluation system for concrete material and concrete structures was established from the viewpoint of establishing life-cycle cost including the effect on the society by assembling analysis methods of concrete at fresh, early-age and hardened stages for material and structural performances. A framework for evaluation methods for safety of construction work and prediction for segregation by using mix-proportion and material characteristics at construction period were established. At early stage, simulation method for volume change caused by autogeneous and drying shrinkages was established applicable to variety of mix-proportioning, materials, curing, environment and age. At in-service stage, simulation methods for deterioration and lowering structural performance during some to tens of years was tried to be established by modelling salt movement, equilibrium and movement of ion, carbon-dioxide and oxygen in concrete, and collision of reinforcing bar, based on integrated system of thermo-hygro and physical analysis simulating development of concrete material structure at early stage. In addition, parallel computation system for three-dimensional FEM analysis method simulating development and deterioration process of concrete at early stage and for three-dimensional analysis system for concrete structure. A framework for method of retrofitting and strengthening design was also proposed form the viewpoint of performance-based design.
从建立包含社会影响的全寿命周期成本的观点出发,通过对混凝土新拌、早龄期和硬化阶段材料和结构性能的综合分析方法,建立了混凝土材料和混凝土结构综合评价体系框架。建立了施工期混凝土配合比和材料特性对施工安全性的评价方法和离析预测方法的框架。前期建立了适用于各种配合比、材料、养护、环境、龄期的自收缩和干燥收缩体积变化的模拟方法。在服役阶段,基于混凝土材料结构早期发展的热-湿-物理分析综合模拟系统,通过模拟混凝土中盐的运动、离子、二氧化碳和氧的平衡和运动以及钢筋的碰撞,尝试建立几年到几十年结构性能劣化和降低的模拟方法。此外,还开发了模拟混凝土早期发展和劣化过程的三维有限元分析方法并行计算系统和混凝土结构三维分析系统。从性能化设计的角度提出了加固设计方法的框架。
