The Study of Child Care Environment and Life Style in Urban Area

本研究旨在探讨一种营造环境以支持幼儿保育的方法。孩子年龄小的母亲住在脚区，他们不经常外出，母亲了解孩子的机会往往很少。他们期望在服务的地方有一个地方可以让孩子安静地呆着，在一个机构里母亲可以在一个熟悉的地方交流。当地儿童护理支持中心的一个主要目的是让母亲有机会了解和处理问题家庭。当地托儿人需要灵活地与多个相关机构合作，解决复杂的家庭问题。参与者的评价很高，但参与者希望将该机构安装在脚区。我们调查了当地福利官员管理的儿童护理沙龙。因此，我了解到有以下许多问题。1)参与者评价较高。2)有小频率按每月1次持有。3)会议场所安保困难4)托儿人员/社区保健护士等专家难以参与。5)地方福利官的负担很大。在瑞典，开放式幼儿园是为0-1岁孩子的父母设立的。在脚区准备好了个人工作人员的常设机构。家长对信息技术的运用很好，评价也很高。瑞典幼儿园的一个特点是规模小；就是在离家近的地方。人口800到1400人有一所幼儿园。

This study is aimed at examining a method getting environment to support child care ready how.1.Mother having a child of low age lives in the foot zone, and they do not go out very much, and the opportunity when mother gets to know tends to be little it. They expect a place in the area where service left a child with in peace and the institution where mother can interchange in a familiar area.2.A main purpose of local child care support center is to make the opportunity when mother gets to know and to deal with to a problem family. It is necessary for a local childcare person to cooperate with many organizations concerned flexibly to solve the issue of complicated family. Evaluation of a participant is high but participants want to install this institution in the foot zone.3. We investigated the child care salon which a local welfare officer administered. As a result, I understood that there were following many problems. 1) Evaluation of a participant was comparatively high. 2) There is little frequency by 1 time a month holding. 3) Security of a meeting place is difficult. 4) Participation of experts such as a childcare person / a community health nurse is difficult. 5) Aburden of a local welfare officer is big.4. Open preschool is established for the parent with 0-1 years old child in Sweden. The permanent institution where a personal staffs are is got ready in the foot zone. IT is used well by parents, and evaluation is high.5. A characteristic of preschool in Sweden is small; is to be it close to home. A population of 800 people-1,400 people have one place of preschool.
