As the information-oriented society develops, the digitalization of many contents is progressing with extensive field of the publication, the broadcast, the advertisement, the education and so on steady.At present, the copyright protection of the digital multimedia content becomes a worldwide problem and a digital watermark is regarded as being one of the main technologies which solve this problem.Among them, the animated image is the content which sweeps over a global market exceptionally in the country to say that the unique content is thin about and is a very important problem in addition to the protection of the intellectual property.The purpose of this research task is the research and development of the digital watermark technique to have dealt with such a animation specifically.To achieve a this research purpose, in 2003, the animated image did the proposal of the digital watermark which suited a color image, aiming at being a color image generally.
