项目摘要
This research is crystallization from melt of an organic compound (saturated fat acid compound). 1)Thermodynamic quantification of solid-liquid equilibrium 2)Development of the solute distribution models 3)The relation between the flow operation of melt and whole shape of solidified crystal layer 4) The relation between the inner structure and nanometer size structure in the crystal layer are objected.In the result of three years research, we have concluded the universal thermodynamic model of solid-liquid equilibrium, and the solute distribution coefficient that enables a quantitative prediction. An experimental, logical result of the research went up about the clarification of the relation between the flow operation of melt and whole of crystal shape, and the clarification of the relation between a surface, an internal structure of the hydrophobic crystal layer, and purity and the operation. In addition, the hydrophobic crystal layer was generated with crystal generation (PVD) from the evaporation vapor phase, and an experimental, logical result of the research went up in melt about the relation between purity and the crystal growth speed of the crystal layer.
本研究是从有机化合物(饱和脂肪酸化合物)的熔融物中结晶。1)固液平衡的热力学定量化2)溶质分布模型的建立3)熔体流动行为与凝固结晶层整体形状的关系4)结晶层内部结构与纳米尺度结构的关系通过三年的研究,总结出了固液平衡的通用热力学模型,和溶质分配系数,使定量预测。澄清了熔体流动操作与晶体形状整体之间的关系,澄清了疏水晶体层的表面、内部结构和纯度与操作之间的关系,给出了一个实验性的、逻辑性的研究结果。另外,采用蒸发气相晶体生成法(PVD)生成疏水晶体层,并对晶体层的纯度与晶体生长速度之间的关系进行了实验研究,得出了合理的结论。
