Genetic and environmental Analysis of Panic Disorder

1.恐慌症患者血液样本的采集通过多中心的合作，我们采集了1000份用于恐慌症基因分析的血液样本，主要来自华开焦虑症研究中心。惊恐障碍的遗传和环境分析(1)观察了日本受试者中神经质与DRD4基因和XBP1基因的关联。生活方式因素，如喜欢或不喜欢体育锻炼，以及环境因素，包括天气条件，被发现与恐慌症的发展有关。我们没有观察到昼夜节律时钟基因(PER3、CK1、ε、ClO)的多态与惊恐障碍之间的关联。(2)为了确定与惊恐障碍相关的候选区域，由东京都松泽医院院长冈崎教授用500K SNP Tips进行了全基因组关联研究(200例患者和100名对照)。通过对1号染色体候选区域的分析，发现PDE4B基因和SYT2基因可能与惊恐障碍相关。

Collection of blood samples from patients with Panic DisorderWith a multi-center collaborative effort, we collected 1000 blood samples for the genetic analysis of Panic Disorder, mainly from the Research Center for Anxiety Disorder, Warakukai.2. Genetic and environmental Analysis of Panic Disorder(1) The association of Neuroticism with the DRD4 gene and the XBP1 gene in Japanese subjects was observed. Lifestyle factors such as a like/dislike of physical exercise and environmental factors including weather conditions were found to be associated with the development of Panic Disorder. We observed no association between polymorphisms in the Circadian Clock genes (Per3, CK1 ε, CLO) with Panic Disorder.(2) To define the candidate region related to Panic Disorder, a genome-wide association study (200 cases and 100 controls) was performed using 500K SNP Tips by Prof.Okazaki (Director of Tokyo Metropolitan Matsuzawa Hospital). By analyzing the candidate region of chromosome 1, we found the PDE4B gene and the SYT2 gene may be associated with Panic Disorder.
