英文摘要
Carbon-carbon bond formation by cross-electrophilic coupling has become a valuable tool in the synthetic organic community. Most common coupling strategies in the past have used either stoichiometric amounts of oxidants when two pro-nucleophiles were involved, or organometallic nucleophiles, which are considered unstable and highly reactive and can cause unproductive side reactions. Alternatively, bench-stable electrophiles can be reduced, and deaminative strategies in particular have already shown their strengths and wide application in terms of regioselectivity and functional group tolerance, since the reaction pathway is predetermined by the use of leaving groups such as an activated amine. Nevertheless, these methods still suffer from the use of external metal-based reducing agents. Electrochemistry has never been the activation mode for this specific electrophilic coupling reaction. In a fruitful combination with flow techniques, the overall green premise, sustainability and environmentally friendly aspect of the proposed reaction will be emphasized and will pave the way for a new efficient protocol to construct valuable carbon–carbon scaffolds
