本企画調査では、平成19年度から「成果主義の受容と変容-新しい学校経営管理様式に関する日英共同研究」を本格的に実施するために、企画会議を開催して研究計画の検討をするとともに、日英の共同研究者の組織化を行った。具体的には、研究代表者と研究分担者が数次にわたり企画会議を開催して、共同研究の目的、実施計画、予想される成果について検討を進め、共同研究の日英二ヶ国語の研究計画書とバックグランド・ペーパーを作成した。それに基づいて、共同研究者の組織化を進めた結果、日本ではRobert Aspinall(滋賀大学、政治学)、金子真理子(東京学芸大学、教育社会学)、藤田英樹(東洋大学、経営学)、イギリスではJohn Clarke(Open University、社会政策学)、Denis Gleeson(Warwick University、教育社会学)、David Marsden(London School Economics and Political Sciences、労使関係論)の参加を得ることができた。このように学際性に富んだ研究組織によって、平成19年度から平成21年度の3年間、科学研究費基盤研究(B)の交付を得て、研究を推進することになっている。なお、本企画調査と密接に関連するものとして、共同研究者の一人であるDenis Gleeson教授を6月末からの2週間、日本学術振興会外国人招へい研究者(短期)制度により招へいし、企画会議を開催することができた。Denis Gleeson教授は研究代表者が事務局長を務める日本教育政策学会の第13回大会(7月1日・2日)において記念講演を実施し、学会員との研究交流も行った。平成19年度からの研究においても、国際セミナーの開催のほか、学会レベルでの国際交流をはかる予定である。

In this project, in the year 19, Japanese and British joint studies on the acceptance of achievements and the management of new schools have been conducted, and the planning conference has urged the research project, the Japanese, British and British co-researchers to organize the research program. In the year of Pingcheng, we will conduct a long-term study, conduct an international conference, and learn to conduct an international exchange meeting.
