项目摘要

本研究では，ケアと建築，都市の総合的検討によって【目的１】概念整理とビジョン提示：広義の公共の福祉とそのための拠点のあり方を「共在の場」の概念で再定義する。具体的な複合機能群の事例を整理し，共在の場のビジョンを共有するためのモデルパターンを提示する。この概念をもとに，【目的２】建築計画手法と制度の対応提言：「共在の場」の実現に際しての福祉／公共事業の担い手や拠点づくりの課題，特に現行の制度との齟齬やその解決方法を整理し，計画手法と提言をまとめる。また，こうした拠点を実空間／仮想空間を組み合わせてつくることで地域の持続可能性を高める視点から，【目的３】都市計画的手法と効果の整理：地理的条件や周辺状況においてこれらの拠点形成が必要ないし有効な条件を整理する。また，こうした拠点を軸にした地方辺縁部の居住や就労・支援の誘導の効果と方法を検討し，条件整理やフローの作成を行う。また，【目的４】情報発信と社会実装：こうした事例の収集とその情報発信，拠点形成・運営に関する実践活動を行う。この現実的な場面から目的へのフィードバックを行い，その精度を高める。2022年度には，ケアを担う施設や，特に対象者属性を複数に想定する共生型のケア機能をもつ事例を中心に事例収集とモデル整理を進めた。同時に，具体的な調査対象を設定しての利用実態やニーズを調べる複数の調査を行い，ある地方自治体が主導する地域の居場所づくり事業での地理的条件・事業内容の組み合わせと利用実態の把握と分析，高齢者・障害者・こどもを対象とする共生型ケア施設における滞在実態からみた共在の場における建築的配慮点の確認，ケア拠点の立地適正化に関する調査研究，地域に分散的に作られるケア拠点の連携の実態についての調査などを行った。

The investigation on site normalization of missing points is carried out in the case of geographically dispersed missing points.
