项目摘要

平成4、5年度に引き続き、情報化に伴い労働が受ける影響の実態についての調査と、その評価法の研究を行い、最終年度として総括を行った。労働変化の実態は、LAN、データベースサーバー、電子メールなどを導入する事により情報化を進めた企業の部門を対象として、タスク内容、タスク形態、時間分布等を調査した。また併せて労働安全衛生の面からの情報機器の使用による影響の主観的評定を質問紙調査により行った。社会心理的、精神的な影響も、身体的な影響も結果からは有意には得られなかった、しかし顕在するまでには至らないが、労働安全衛生の面で看過出来ない影響が窺えることから、疫学的手法を含むより広範な労働安全衛生の観点からの調査研究が必要である。VDT労働などの情報化に伴う作業者負担の質的、量的影響の評定については、脳波波形の変化を通しての認知的な作業負担の度合い評定手法に加えて、測定実施の容易な瞬き行動などの他の行動データに基づいた評価手法を検討した。EC指令90/270/EECに端を発する規制的な労働行政と、それに応じた人間工学の側面を積極的に扱う標準化の動向を調査した。労働の情報化に対応する前向きの施策であるが、それでも猶、異種の認知的作業スタイルを強制されることによる人格変容など精神面での影響の看過、雇用労働者以外の情報機器作業での保護などの問題を抱えている。
