项目摘要

本研究の目的は、アジア農村での開発の導入過程を総合的に分析するための枠組を模索することであった。特に、開発というものを西欧社会をモデルとして構成されてきた言説として捉える視角(視角A)と、そのような開発概念を前提として、実体的な開発導入過程の分析という視角(視角B)の統合を模索してきた。そのため、この1年間で4回の研究会を行ない、多彩な研究交流を行なってきた。まず視覚Aに関しては、次のような論点が明らかになった。(1)開発言説における戦前の植民思想的な側面、(2)開発言説に見られる発展という「普遍的」な語りと、国民国家形成のための「ナショナル」な語り(「地域の固有性」)とが作り出す特異なループ、(3)このような特異なループにみられる「普遍」としての発展と、地域の固有性としての「文化」という対立を回避するために、新たな文化論としての異種混交論の提起など。また、このような視角Aにたいして、視角Bからの論点も以下のような明らかになった。(1)大きな時空間比較(アジアの6つのデルタにおける発展)の有効性、(2)国民国家単位(インドネシア、日本、バングラディシュ、フィリピン)の発展の比較検討の枠組みなど。なお、本研究では、2つの視角の統合に成功したわけではないが、多くの論点が明らかになった。今後はこの研究で到達した論点を詳細に記した成果報告書を平成7年度に出版する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the introduction process of rural areas and the integration of rural areas.特に、开発というものをWestern European society をモデルとして constitute されてきた说としてCapture えるPerspective (Perspective A) と、そのThe premise of the ような开発 concept and として, and the analysis of the な开発 introduction process of the 実体 and the integration of the というperspective (perspective B) をMOSO してきた.そのため, この1 year で4 times research meeting を行ない, colorful research exchange を行なってきた.まず视覚Aに关しては、时のようなargument が明らかになった. (1) The aspect of the thought of planting people in front of the publicな语りと, national state formation のための「ナショナル」な语り ("inherent nature of the region") とが作り出すSpecial nirvana, (3) special nirvana, (3) special nirvana "universal", unique to the region Sexとしての「文」という対立をavoidanceするために, New Culture TheoryとしてのInterracial Hybrid Theoryのなど.また、このようなPerspective Aにたいして、Perspective Bからのargument も下のような明らかになった. (1) Validity of large space-time comparison (アジアの6つのデルタにおける発 exhibition), (2) National Country Unity Bit (インドネシア, Japan, バングラディシュ, フィリピン)の発Developmentの comparison 検検の枠集团みなど.なお, this research では, 2 つのperspective のintegration にsuccess したわけではないが, 多くのargument が明らかになった. A detailed report on the results of the future research and its conclusions will be published in FY2017 and is scheduled to be published.
