英文摘要
Lipids are converted into various kinds of lipid-mediators through wide array of metabolic systems, and then, they exert their specific functions. Plants can also form as many kinds of mediators as animals form, and each of them shows its function. In order to keep the homeostasis of plants, the amount of the mediators must be finely tuned, and the compositions of them also must be adequately regulated. This hind of metabolic regulations are generally accomplished by the cross-talk and multilateral networks between metabolic systems. In this study, we tried to introduce metabolomics into lipid mediators in Arabidopsis thaliana. For this end, we analyzed expressions of genes involved in lipid metabolisms in a comprehensive way, and also, we analyzed the compositions of lipid mediators with the plants under various conditions. In this context, we analyzed expressions of possible lipase genes by using RT-PCR techniques. As a results, it was shown that DLL1 is highly induced after mechanical wounding or salicylic acid applications. On the other hands, we found that DLL2 and DLL7 were rather constitutively expressed, and they are further induced upon wounding. These findings made us try to isolate a T DNA gene knock-out lines of the respective gene. Under the general growing conditions, the KOs grew normally, however, order the presence of higher concentration of salts, they, especially DLL1 KO, grow slowly. when double ~~0 in terms of DLL2 and DLL7 Here tried to make, we found that the double KO is lethal. From the Genetic analyses ォ'e found chat the female gametes hale n defect. This finding suggested that lipid mediators must be involved in reproduction of plants
