项目摘要

The purpose of this research is to develop an effective career education program, in order to support the career formation after graduation of a university undergraduate student. This research was advanced in the following procedures.1. Enforcement of QuestionnaireThe questionnaire was carried out in order to collect the opinions on the career education in a university. Participants are graduates, school teachers, and workers.2. Development of Career Education Program (the definite version)The career education program (the trial version) was developed for the questionnaire result to reference. Furthermore, it was corrected a little and the definite version of the career education program was developed.This program is divided into the following two.(1) "Career Design I"A main attendance student is a sophomore in a university. It was carried out in the intensive lesson form for two days (15 hours) in February. The attendance student was made to consider "the meaning of working for oneself" thoroughly. Therefore. video was seen and group discussion was performed.(2) "Career Design II"A main attendance student is a junior in a university. It carried out by the intensive lesson (30 hours) for four days in August. A theme is "analysis of the self" and it aimed at attaining clarification of a self-concept. Therefore, two kinds of inspection (VPI (Vocational Interest Test) and aptitude test CA-PA) was carried out. And two results were examined by various methods.3. Evaluation of Effectiveness of Career Education Program (the definite version)The questionnaire was performed in order to measure the education effect of the above-mentioned program (the definite version).As a result of analysis, this program promoted the attendance student's career maturity, and it became clear that there is an effect which raises career consciousness.
