Lymphatic architecture in head and neck regions.

研究了人体头颈部淋巴结构与区域淋巴结的关系，但未对各个器官进行研究。因此，只能推断外周到区域淋巴结的路径以及区域淋巴结之间的连接。我们用连续切片的三维重建方法研究了头颈部各器官的淋巴结构。在这个项目中，我们可以关注正常舌头的淋巴结构，肿瘤生长时淋巴结构的动态变化，以及抗血管生成药物给药后的动态变化。我们把转移到局部淋巴结的过程类比为从最初的淋巴管开始。

The lymphatic architecture in human head and neck regions was studied the relationship with regional lymph node, but not studied about each organs. Therefore, the route between the periphery to the regional lymph node and the connection between the regional lymph nodes were only inferenced. We have studied the lymphatic architecture of each organ in head and neck regions by three-dimensional reconstruction method of serial sections. In this project, we could concern the lymphatic architecture in normal tongue, the dynamics of lymphatic architecture of growth of cancer, and dynamic changes after administration of anti-angiogenic agent. We analogized the metastasis to the regional lymph node starts at the initial lymphatics.
