In urban environment, many people gathering and have various activities. It's need making processing of facilities and installations, and do design. In these processes, it is very important purpose what functions of activities and place, experience, climate, landscape, and these amenities.Expressly, in public space and urban street, it had been most important indicators sufficiency of infrastructures.Today, sufficiency of infrastructures are enough. These primary factors, causes must to be change for needs of activities of citizen.One of case of these activities is EVENT in the city. Event in the city have many purpose for traffic and transit. People change the route at stations in the city.Where are nice place for various activities of people. A subject of this investigation was the way that activities in the city, GOSHOGAWARA NEPUTA on of traditional festival, and [TENJIN PICNIC] social experiment by Fukuoka city. These investigation are consciousness and condition of activities in the city.In this investigation, city streets are the place of communications for citizen. It is for enjoyment and amusement of citizen.People want various activities, playing, talking, and have a break.Urban Installations are necessary object for citizen activities It is correspondence to passage of changes and growth of the city. Revision of ordinance for road construction at 1993, it is possible what build shelter and bench on the road. Then, we are able to have flexibility thinking for citizen activities and construction of these objects.This investigation for [TENJIN PICNIC] is opportunity thinking to constructions of installations in the city. An unspecified large number of people use constructions and installations; it is important what design the installations and equipment for user of urban community. The environment of urban change gradually consciousness of demand of citizen.
