Social psychological study of teacher's classroom management strategies and student's voluntary communication actibities

本研究的目的是促进课堂师生之间的互动，利用学生的自主交流来提高教师的课堂管理策略。参与本研究的教师被访谈了他们在管理课堂时所使用的营造良好课堂气氛的策略以及他们在管理课堂时印象深刻的事件。访谈结果发现，教师除了要回应包括发展障碍儿童在内的多种学生需求外，教师对学生需求的适当因应策略对班级管理也是重要的。此外，本研究亦发现，因应学生在课堂上的“享受”需求，包括课堂聚会及游戏活动，必须由任课教师妥善处理。本研究的结果是，教师对学生的交际活动的积极和肯定的复制对于促进师生之间灵活的相互交流尤为重要，这一点还有待于进一步的研究。

The purpose of this study was to facilitate mutual communication between teacher and student in classroom in which student's voluntary communication is used to improve teacher's classroom management strategies. Teachers participated in this study were interviewed about strategies which is used for making well-atomospher of classroom, and episodes they feel impressive while they are managing their classroom. As a result of this interview, it was found that in addition to responsing to many kinds of student's demands including the needs of children with developmental disabilities, teachere's appropriate coping strategy of students-origin demands is important for classroom-management. In addition, it was also found that coping of student's demands of "enjoyment" in classroom including classroom-assembly and play-activities must be well coped by classroom teacher. The result of this study that teacher's active and affirmative replication to student's communicative activities was especially important to facilitate teacher-student flexible mutual communication needs to be more investigated hereafter.
