This study investigated the effective way to support children with special needs including children with developmental disabilities, through the practical work for assisting the teachers in "After-School Day Care(ASDC)". Following the surveys for confirming the situation at the present of accepting children with special needs to ASDC and also that for finding out the needs of teachers in ASDC. The author had a continuous consultation in ASDC. As a result of this study, it was indicated that this kind of consultation had a effectiveness to the area as below. a : modification of circumstance of ASDC suitable for each child ; b : teacher's understanding of characteristics of children ; c : modification of teachers to interact the children ; d : qualities of interaction between the teachers and the way to share the teacher's roles in ASDC ; e : improvements of teacher's viewpoint to look at the behavioral trait of children and the skills to play with them ; f :psychological care for teachers in ASDC.

本研究通过“课后日托(ASDC)”教师的实际工作，探索如何有效地支持包括发育障碍儿童在内的特殊需要儿童。随后进行了调查，以确认目前接纳有特殊需要的儿童到ASDC的情况，以及了解ASDC中教师的需求。提交人在ASDC进行了持续的咨询。这项研究的结果表明，这种协商对该地区产生了如下效果。A：修改适合每个儿童的ASDC环境；b：教师对儿童特征的理解；c：修改教师与儿童互动；d：教师之间互动的质量和教师在ASDC中分享教师角色的方式；e：改进教师的观点，以看待儿童的行为特征和与他们一起玩耍的技能；f：对ASDC教师的心理护理。
