The purpose of this study is the reexamination of the method of the training and instruction in the use of optical aids for partial sighted. The optical aids are the telescope and the magnifier. There is the preparation of the carefully laid out video which shows how to make teach use of optical aids and the re-creation of training materials and tools to use for the training and instruction.(1) The video entrusted the teacher of the resource room for partial sighted with the evaluation. It got the evaluation to be useful as that result.(2) A new small step could be proposed to the existent training program.(3) A re-creation of training materials and tools cleared the matter that there was the same efficiency in comparison with the materials and tools until now positively.(4) Furthermore, black and white reversal materials and tools did preparation and evaluation to the child with photophobia. The validity of materials and tools could be confirmed from the self observation and the performance.(5) All the made training materials and tools became the electronic data. Modification is easy corresponding to the condition of each visual function. Because of that, future use can be expected.
