项目摘要

This study was done for 3 years in the Heisei 16-18 fiscal year.The study purpose is considering the state of the stay space to which the use situation and use consciousness at the stay place of a user with various attributes are grasped, and formation of comfortable place and institution use are urged in regional public facilities.The main contents of the study result are as follows.1) Grasp of a life image : since it is thought that a generation difference and regional difference exist in use of the regional facilities which includes a public facilities by the difference in the life style which a local resident diversifies, the life image of the residents of an every place region has been grasped.2) Grasp of a area of life : the resident's area of life in the every regions has been grasped from the actual condition of use of the existing facility service of a regional resident.3) Grasp of the facility use actual condition as room : paying attention to the facility use as room, it has grasped using what kind of place free time is spent by the area or the generation.4) Actual condition grasp of regional activity : from the formation of comfortable place as a stay place, it focused on the place of the regional activity which can be said also as more expansive facility use, and development and the subject of regional activity, and the prevention factor to an absentee's activity participation have been grasped.5) Case study (comfortable place of teenager) : the comfortable place of teenager especially also socially made high [ necessity ] was taken up as a case study, and requirements to use a public facilities as comfortable place of teenager were clarified.As mentioned above, the state of the stay space to which the formation of comfortable place and facility use in a regional public facilities are urged was shown.

本研究以平成16-18财年为研究对象，历时3年，旨在了解区域公共设施中不同属性使用者在住宿场所的使用状况和使用意识状况，促进区域公共设施舒适场所和机构使用的形成。研究的主要内容如下：1)对生活形象的把握：由于当地居民生活方式的不同，认为包括公共设施在内的区域设施的使用存在代际差异和地域差异，把握了每个地区居民的生活形象。2)掌握了一个地区的生活面积：从一个地区居民现有设施服务的实际使用情况中把握了每个地区居民的生活面积。3)掌握了设施作为房间的使用实际情况：关注设施作为房间的使用，它掌握了一个地区或一代人利用什么样的地方闲暇时间。4)地区活动的实际情况把握：从形成舒适的场所作为住宿场所，5)个案研究(青少年舒适性场所)：以青少年的舒适性场所为研究对象，以青少年的舒适性场所为个案，明确了青少年使用公共设施作为舒适性场所的要求。如上所述，展示了促使区域性公共设施中舒适场所和设施使用形成的居住空间状态。
