在日本,大部分餐具垃圾都是填埋在土地上的。对居民对废旧陶瓷餐具回收利用的民意调查进行了调查。可以知道,在本次问卷调查中,85%的受访者对陶瓷餐具的回收利用持相当积极的态度。细颗粒杂交提高回收陶瓷餐具断裂强度的研究(1)粉体工艺研究废旧陶瓷餐具磨粒性能研究采用振动球磨机和摩擦磨进行研磨。结果表明,磨球粒度与磨瓷起始粒度的比值是重要的,且越大越好。(2)陶瓷餐具磨粒表面特性的改善,采用多纳拉机械制造的湿化系统,对废旧陶瓷餐具磨粒表面特性进行了改善。杂交是指无论是否使用有机粘合剂,细小颗粒都粘附在大颗粒上。扫描电镜识别结果表明,有机粘结剂使细颗粒附着在大颗粒上。(3)含杂化颗粒烧结试样的断裂强度与普通颗粒条件相比,烧结试样的断裂强度没有提高,SEM认为原因是大颗粒没有得到充分的分解。但与普通试样相比,相同细颗粒含量的烧结试样强度有所提高或达到相同等级。采用LCA法对陶瓷餐具废弃物回收利用系统进行了环境评价,结果表明,以回收陶瓷餐具为原料的回收箱的co2排放量小于以新原料为原料的回收箱(67kg/t/ Less)的co2排放量

1,PUBLIC AGREEMENT ON NEW RECYCLING SYSTEM OF PORCELAIN TABLE WARES WASTEIn Japan, most of tableware waste is filled in land. The survey of public agreement of residents on the practice of the recycling of discharged porcelain tableware as raw materials was carried out. It can be known that 85% of answerers in this questionnaire survey have considerably positive attitude for the recycling of porcelain tableware.2.STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT OF THE FRACTURE STRENGTH OF RECYCLING PORCELAIN TABLE WARES BY HYBRIDIZATION OF FINER PARTICLES IN RAW MATERIALS(1)Powder Technological Study on Properties of Ground Particles of Porcelain Table Wares WasteGrinding apparatuses in this study were Vibrating Ball Mill and Attrition Mill.
