项目摘要
Acetylcholinesterase was purified from conditioned medium of insect cell line NIAS-AeA1-2. SDS-PAGE was suggested that molecular weight was 67kDa, and gel-filtrated chromatography suggested this protein was dimmer in conditioned medium.Growth blocking peptide, an insect EGF type growth factor was detected by RT-PCR in SES-NaBr-4 and SES-NaBr-93 cell line.Trypsin inhibitor was detected in NIAS-AeA1-2, and SES-MaBr-4. I tried to purify this protein but in step of affinity column chromatography, this protein adsorbed tightly to trypsin. This protein still unclear about molecular weight and function.Dopa-decalboxilase was detected by RT-PCR in SES-NaBr-4 Cell line
