Study of Learning Support by Using E-Learning in 'Nursing Skills for Prenatal Care'

这项研究有两个目的。一是将基础护理和产科护理两个教育领域连接起来，完成电子学习系统的建设，将基础知识应用于实际技能。二是通过实验验证系统作为文本的性能和价值。系统：系统的构建使从大学讲座、学校练习到临床培训的过渡比以前更顺利：1)从孕妇和护士的角度学习产妇健康检查所需的护理。2)学习《产妇健康检查专项技能》与《护理基本技能》的相关性。3)使用“基础知识”系列，通过各种快速测试来确认从课文中获得的知识。结果：为学生提供了为期2个月的实验内容。1) 29.6%的学生使用了该内容；25%的人单独使用，其余的人以共享的方式使用。“具体案例”使用人数最多，使用时间最长，其次是“确认”、“基础知识”和“护理基础技能”。使用频率最高的是“基本护理技能”，其次是“具体病例”、“确认”和“基本知识”。我们进行了一项自我管理的问卷调查，以调查内容的有用性。大多数用户回答“非常有帮助”或“有帮助”。学生给出的不利用内容的原因包括“因为训练没有足够的时间”或“不知道如何使用”。有些人要求全年都提供内容，而另一些人则要求如何使用该系统的详细指导，尽管大多数用户对使用该系统感到满意。

There were two purposes of this study. One was to complete the construction of an e-learning system by linking the two educational areas of basic nursing and Maternity nursing in order to apply basic knowledge to practical skills. The other was to verify the performance and value of the system as a text by using it experimentally.1.the system : The system was constructed in such a way that the transition from college lectures and school exercises to clinical training would be smoother than before:1)Learn the nursing care required for maternal health checks from the viewpoints of both the pregnant mothers and the nurses.2)Learn the relevance of "Specific Skills for Maternal Health Checks" and "Basic Nursing Skills".3)Confirm the knowledge gained from the text by using the "Basic Knowledge" series, consisting of various quick tests.2.Results : The students were provided with the contents experimentally for 2 months.1)The content was used by 29.6% of students; 25% used it singly and the remainder used it in a shared manner. "Specific Cases" was used by the greatest number of students and for the longest period of time, followed by "Confirmation", "Basic Knowledge", and "Basic Nursing Skills". Most frequently used was "Basic Nursing Skills", followed by "Specific Cases", "Confirmation", and "Basic Knowledge".2)We conducted a self-administered questionnaire to survey the usefulness of the content. Most of the users answered "very helpful" or "helpful". Reasons given by students for not utilizing the content included "Do not have enough time because of the training" or "Don't know how to use it". Some asked to have the content available throughout the year, and others requested detailed guidance on how to use the system, although most users felt comfortable in using it.
