農学部でもJABEE対応が進んでいる農業土木関係学科を主に「技術者倫理」が非常勤講師雇用で開講されつつある。しかしそれらは企業活動のかたちで営まれる加工製造業型の技術に係る企業と企業内技術者の倫理に偏しているきらいがあり、地球環境と地域生態系と人間生活の連続構造の中で営まれる生物生産に係る技術だという、カバレージの広い農業技術に係る技術者に要求される倫理的配慮のすべてを扱い切れているようには見受けられない。この状況の打開は農村計画学の責任であり、農地と森林と都市が調和している地域に立地している宇都宮大学農学部に分野横断的な平成17年度基盤研究(C)(2)で取り組むこととした。本企画調査は、その研究計画の策定を目的として、(1)技術者倫理に関する既往の文献を踏まえて、環境と生態系と人間社会の関係についての我々の理解を念頭においてアンケート調査票を全員討論によって設問設計し、(2)設問設計の妥当性のプリテストを、基盤研究(C)での予定アンケート対象者数1500の1%を栃木県内から選んで面接調査の形で実施(分野ごとに分担)して、(3)設問設計の修正をくり返してアンケート調査票を完成(全員の討論による)し、(4)農学関係各学会名簿からアンケート対象技術者1500名の抽出(分野ごとに分担)して、(5)アンケート調査票の発送・回収(回収率**%)し、調査結果をデータ化した。このデータをもとにKJ法による類型化、データの分析・考察を経て農業・農学における技術者倫理のカバレージを把握し、あわせて本研究の事例調査の対象となる100事例を選定し、以上を踏まえて、「農学の技術者倫理」を見定めるための、100事例の事例分析研究(平成17年度科研費(基盤研究(C)(2))の研究計画を策定し、予定通り申請を完了した。

The objects of this study are selected from 100 cases.
