In order to search for the way to cooperation between the judiciary and child welfare work, we studied the system of childsupport of Germany. We translated all the texts of the Child Welfare Law (Jugendhilfesgesetz) in to Japanese. We studied the report of the working group for childprotection and translated it into Japanese, too.

为了探索司法与儿童福利工作的合作之路，我们对德国的儿童抚养制度进行了研究。我们将《儿童福利法》（Jugendhilfesgesetz）的所有文本翻译成日语。我们研究了儿童保护工作组的报告，并将其翻译成日文。
