Research on development process of Japanese "Big Six" company groups : An analysis based on company historical data

本研究的目的是分析日本六大企业集团的变化条件。公司变更数据是公司自成立之日起清算和消失之前的变更记录。它是为了公司的延续和发展而选择的商业行为的结果。利用公司变动数据分析了企业集团变动的真实情况。这意味着数据的有效性得到了证明。这也意味着它也产生了数据的可用性。在这两年的研究期间，本研究的主要成果如下：1。选定样本公司。通过这个过程，创建了一个小型的公司变更数据数据库。有了这个数据库，任何人都可以对公司的变化进行分析。日本六大企业集团虽然在发生变化，但并不一定就解散了。金融和保险行业是重点。作为一个企业集团，三菱集团几乎没有看到这种变化。这一结果与先前的研究结果相吻合。它也与其他公司小组的一些常识相一致。上述第2项和第3项表明了为本研究收集的变化数据的有效性。任何人都可以很容易地使用该数据库中的数据查看业务行为的变化。由于数据有少许变化，可能需要在后续项目中增加数据。在更大的样本量中存储更丰富的公司变化数据，可以为其对商业行为、经济形势和制度监管之间相互关联的历史分析提供清晰的画面。

The purpose of this research is to analyze the conditions of changes with Japanese top six enterprise groups. Data on Company's change is a record of its change until it liquidates and disappears from establishment of a company. It is a result of business behavior chosen for continuation and growth of a company. The real condition of change of enterprise group is analyzed with company changes data. It means that the validity of data was attested as for it. It also means that it is also produced the availability of data.The major results of this research during this two-year research period are as follows.1. Selected sample companies. With this procedure, a small database of company changes data was created.2. With this database, anyone can do analysis of change of a company. Although Japanese big six enterprise groups are changing, it has not necessarily dissolved.3. Finance and insurance industries are strongly focused. As an enterprise group, the change was hardly seen at by the Mitsubishi group. This result was fit with the results of research conducted previously. It was also compatible with some common knowledge on other company groups.4. Item 2 and 3 mentioned above shows validity of changes data which were collected for this research.Changes of business behavior can be viewed with the data in this database created by anyone easily. Since there are a few changes of data, it may be required to increase data as a further project.With richer company changes data stored in a larger sample size, clear pictures would be provided for its historical analysis of the mutual relevance of business behavior, economic situation, and system regulation.
