项目摘要

1952年に新中国の成立以来、国内の経済政策をめぐっての右派と左派との対立は、統計調査制度を大きく変化させている。その調査制度の変化は、データの精度だけでなく、データの公表の度合に大きく影響を及ぼしている、本研究は、この中国の統計調査制度とデータの精度との関連を吟味し、近年急速に公表されるようになった統計データの精度を消費・物価統計を中心にデータベースとして編成し、実証的に研究することを目的としている。さらにこのような統計調査に対する民衆の反応がどのようであるかを、同じ中国人社会の他地域、例えば台湾・香港などと比較し、民族的特質と政治体制の差との相互関係を吟味する。今年度の作業は、(1)これまでの本研究分担者が個別になされた検討結果の持ち寄りと相互討論。(2)資料収集と現地調査。(3)ファイル編成とその分析に分けられる。(1)としては、研究代表者松田の「中国経済統計方法論」(1987年刊)で析出された命題のその後の時点への拡張を、家計調査について行った。溝口・松田が中国の王恵玲と共同で、ICP方式で日中物価統計の比較を行った。(日中統計シンポジウム第3回大会報告)。(本年度報告書に収録)。(2)としては、本研究の経費によらないが、濱下が、香港での華人社会の海関統計実施実態の調査を行った。(3)ファイルとしては、田嶋の収集した新資料に基づく都市勤労者と農家家計統計データ・ファイルを新規編成した。

Since the founding of New China in 1952, the domestic economic policy has changed greatly from the left to the right, and the statistical investigation system has changed greatly. This study aims to investigate the changes in the statistical survey system in China, including the accuracy of statistical survey data, and the accuracy of statistical survey data.
